Sustainable mobility will once again be the star of the month of October at Infecar. Movelec, the Canary Islands Electric Vehicle Show, will hold its sixth edition on the 7th, 8th and 9th of October, in an event that extends its duration by one more day, in response to the growing interest of the population in electric mobility. Tickets to attend this edition are already on sale on the website movelec-canarias.com at the price of two euros.
Cars, bicycles, motorbikes and electric scooters, as well as companies generating renewable energy, chargers and services are taking part in this sixth edition, where visitors will be able to enjoy electric car tests and electric scooter driving circuits at Movelec. Also, and as a new feature this year, the show will have an exhibition of 100% electric second-hand vehicles.
Thus, the Canary Islands Electric Vehicle Show will publicise the environmental and savings advantages of using electric vehicles; the aid available for the acquisition of these vehicles and to encourage their use; as well as the importance of having populations free of CO2 emissions and improving the acoustic level, developing the concept of ecoisland.
Movelec 2022 is promoted and financed by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and organised by Infecar, with the sponsorship of the Consejo Insular de la Energía de Gran Canaria, Cajasiete as official collaborator; and the collaboration of AUVE Las Palmas, Faconauto and the Chamber of Commerce of Gran Canaria.
