Everything is ready for the seventh edition of ExpoBienestar Canarias to be held on Thursday 24 March, the benchmark connection space for deepening knowledge of wellbeing in both professional and personal environments, which this year highlights the importance of education and mental health.
Promoted and financed by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, and under the organisation of Infecar, ExpoBienestar Canarias faces its seventh edition with an attractive programme that will be focused on ‘Personal wealth and work balance’, thus addressing different topics on the professional environment but also placing special emphasis on the importance of health and wellbeing in all areas of life, as well as education.
Marián García, better known as Boticaria García, will be in charge of leading this new edition of ExpoBienestar Canarias, offering a talk entitled ‘Taking care of yourself is forever’, in which she will advocate the importance of taking care of yourself, in a talk in which, through science and humour, myths will be debunked and simple but effective advice will be offered.
Tomorrow’s event
ExpoBienestar Canarias 2022 will begin at 9.30 am, with a welcome to all attendees by Boticaria García. Margarita Álvarez will open the morning session at 9.45 a.m. with a talk entitled ‘How to face that third of our life called work’. Álvarez has been named by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Spain. She has also been chosen as one of the TOP 100 most influential women in Spain and one of the 10 most influential female managers for the last three years.
She will be followed, from 11.00 am, by Enric Lladó, an expert in business consultancy in the field of communication, with a talk on ‘Opportunity in conflict’. Lladó will urge the audience to discover how one of the greatest opportunities for personal development is hidden in conflict.
After a short break, Andrea Vilallonga will take over at 12.30 p.m. with her talk on ‘Positive Impact’. Image and Communication Consultant, international speaker and author of two books that give title to her two TEdX Talks: #lookatyourself and #fallinlove, Vilallonga will make attendees aware of their own image in order to understand and determine the impact they want to have.
At 16.30, Boticaria García will kick off the afternoon session of ExpoBienestar Canarias, with her talk on ‘Taking care of yourself is forever’. She will be followed by Alberto Soler, at 17.30, with a presentation entitled ‘Good children and bad children: labels in education’. In her talk, Ramírez will talk about ‘How to love yourself well’, highlighting the importance of having quality time for yourself, leaving aside the perception of stealing it from others.
