Presidentex’s experience in Marketing and Communication is the star of the tenth edition of Canarias Comunica

  • The Cabildo de Gran Canaria promotes this event, which is organised by Infecar with the co-organisation of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
  • Agustín Medina, Francisco José González, Juan Ramón Plana and Fernando Herrero will be the speakers at the tenth edition of the Canary Islands Communication Forum.
  • This space for debate and networking, which will take place on Friday 11 February at Infecar, will be attended both in person and virtually.

To analyse the transformation that advertising has undergone, the most important additions to it in form and substance, and the monitoring of trends in society in order to be more effective in its development. This is the starting point for the tenth edition of Canarias Comunica, the Canary Islands Communication Forum, which returns to Infecar this coming Friday 11 February from 17.00 hours.
Promoted by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, organised by Infecar and co-organised by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this space for debate will bring together marketing, advertising and communication professionals, as well as media, advertisers, agencies and lovers of the sector at the Gran Canaria Conference Centre.

For the first time since Canarias Comunica was launched, this space has the alliance of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in co-organisational tasks, as a result of an agreement with the institution and which has allowed the presence of Presidentex in this event.
Thus, ‘From the power of the market to the power of the consumer’ is the title chosen for this edition, in which four of the most recognised voices in our country in the field of advertising will participate: Agustín Medina, Juan Ramón Plana, Francisco José González and Fernando Herrero, founders of Presidentex.

On this occasion, Canarias Comunica is based on the extensive professional experiences, everything they learned, their successes and their mistakes, their differences and their coincidences, of the members of this collective ‘think tank’ of senior thinking at the service of advertisers, media and advertising agencies.
Their experiences will serve as a space for reflection to debate the enormous changes that brands, the communication sector and business strategy must face. This journey will end with a comprehensive analysis of the sector’s current situation and its future possibilities in a scenario in which all decision-making power lies with the consumer.
