Infecar, Feria de Gran Canaria, is already preparing the 15th edition of Canagua y Energía 2026 and invites companies from the sector to request their space to participate as exhibitors at the Recinto Ferial de Agüimes. The fair, which will take place on 21 and 22 October, aims to consolidate the Canary Islands as an international benchmark in clean energies, presenting new models of generation, efficiency, desalination and water reuse, while creating new business opportunities in the water and energy sectors.

The Canary Islands’ experience in the integrated water cycle and in the use of clean energies has made the archipelago an exportable model, both on a small and medium scale. At the same time, Infecar has spent more than five decades building business bridges between Europe, Africa and America, with a particular focus on the Macaronesian region. In this context, Canagua y Energía 2026 will once again become an international reference fair for the renewable energy and water sectors.

The fair is therefore an ideal space for companies from different fields to strengthen their positioning in renewable energies and water management, showcasing sustainable processes related to generation, desalination and water reuse, as well as auxiliary services. In addition, participating as exhibitors will allow companies to make the most of this professional meeting point to discover the latest developments and trends in energy and the environment, particularly in relation to new efficient models for water development and reuse, while establishing synergies to strengthen commercial alliances and generate new business and collaboration opportunities within the water-energy nexus.

To take part in the fair as exhibitors, companies or institutions must be linked to the water, energy and sustainability sectors, including generation, efficiency, desalination, reuse, storage, engineering, operation and maintenance, as well as auxiliary service companies that form part of the sector’s value chain.

In addition to showcasing their products and services, exhibitors will be able to discover the latest innovations and solutions in these fields through a broad programme of talks and round tables focused on the transition towards energy sustainability.

They will also have the opportunity to schedule business meetings, B2B, to connect with other exhibitors and visitors, and to take part in the Speaker’s Corner, a space designed for brief and dynamic presentations of projects, products and/or services in a maximum of 15 minutes. Meetings and registration for these short presentation spaces can be scheduled in advance through the online platform www.canagua.es, where the participation options, requirements and all the necessary information to take part as an exhibitor in Canagua y Energía are also available.

The event, supported by sponsors such as Canaragua, Green Efficient, Aqualia and LONGi Solar, among others, is promoted by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, through the Consejo Insular de la Energía and the Consejo Insular de Aguas, and organised by Infecar, Feria de Gran Canaria. It also has Cajasiete as its official collaborator.
