Fisaldo, the Opportunity Fair, has opened its doors today to celebrate its 25th anniversary in grand style. From today until Sunday, June 15, Infecar, the Trade Fair Institution of Gran Canaria, becomes a meeting point for the public and 65 local businesses offering their products at the best prices on the market.

Home goods, decoration, fashion, beauty, automotive… Over five days, visitors can access unique deals on quality products, participate in 28 raffles for €150 in Fisaldo Money to spend at the fair, and enjoy an extensive program of activities—all while local businesses take advantage of the opportunity to sell off products from past seasons.

As the President of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, Antonio Morales, explained, “Twenty-five years later, Fisaldo has consolidated itself as a key platform for small and medium-sized local businesses, which see it as a chance to generate sales and economic activity. It’s also important for the island’s residents, as it gives families with fewer resources a way to solve everyday needs by purchasing at affordable prices.” Morales also reminded the public that over 22,000 people attended the fair last year, and he expressed confidence that this figure would be surpassed during this special edition.

One of the businesses participating this year, the clothing and accessories store Kuroba, won the award for Best Stand at this 2025 special edition. The jury praised the originality of its concept, largely based on ephemeral architecture used to decorate the space, as well as the environmental awareness and sustainability of the materials used. The stand’s communication strategy—through both product arrangement and direct customer engagement—was also a key factor. As the winner, Kuroba has secured a guaranteed spot in the next edition of Fisaldo and a €500 discount on the registration fee.

Guaranteed Entertainment

In addition to purchasing quality items at affordable prices, visitors can enjoy numerous activities organized by Infecar in celebration of this anniversary. Fisaldo will feature the most extensive entertainment program in its history, with fashion shows, concerts, raffles, and comedy performances taking place throughout the five-day event.

Fashion shows will take place from Wednesday, June 11 through Saturday, June 14 at 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Two shows are scheduled for Saturday—at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

As for performances, the weekend will feature comedians such as Petit Lorena (Thursday, June 12), and musical groups such as Los Aseres, who will kick off the music program on Friday, June 13. Regina and Los Lolas will perform on Saturday, June 14 at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., respectively. The Camerata Café sextet will close out the musical performances on Sunday, June 15.

As a new feature, Fisaldo has dedicated a space for children, where they can play and take part in various workshops at the fair’s play center, open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

To round out the program of parallel activities, Infecar has set up a food area with around ten food trucks, open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., as well as a cafeteria located on the upper floor of Pavilion 7, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The cherry on top is the 53 raffles of €150 in Fisaldo Money organized by Infecar to mark the fair’s 25th anniversary. These raffles began on June 2 with tickets purchased in advance through the official website. In addition, from today until Sunday, everyone who enters the fairgrounds with a ticket will be automatically entered into 28 additional raffles taking place during these days.

The fair will remain open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and tickets—priced symbolically at €1.50—can be purchased online at www.fisaldo.es or directly at the box office. Entry is free for people with disabilities, pensioners, retirees, children under 12, and unemployed individuals.
