DigiON Canarias is consolidating itself as a benchmark for digital transformation with the celebration of its third edition, taking place on April 2 and 3 at Infecar, Feria de Gran Canaria. The Canary Islands Business Digitalization Trade Show will bring together companies, professionals, and industry experts to discuss the latest trends and innovations in digitalization, driving business digital transformation. It is a unique opportunity for companies and professionals to discover first-hand the most innovative digital solutions and enhance their competitiveness in a constantly evolving market.
This year’s event will take a practical and strategic approach and focus on how digitalization and artificial intelligence are redefining productivity, business, and talent management. DigiON Canarias will offer a large exhibition area, specialized advisory services, and a conference program featuring leading experts in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital entrepreneurship to achieve this.
Among them, Microsoft AI specialist Sergio González, who advises European companies on designing AI-based solutions, will share his strategic vision for AI innovation at DigiON. Additionally, Jon Hernández, one of Spain’s most recognized AI communicators, will explore the latest trends in AI and how this technology is transforming productivity and business models.
Sara Maldon, who leads the transformational Miriwa program, which combines AI, automation, and innovation to revolutionize Make’s technology solutions, will also delve into automation and business productivity in her talk, drawing on her experience developing automation strategies. Meanwhile, Romuald Fons, CEO and founder of BIGSEO, a renowned marketing professional with over ten years of experience advising businesses and entrepreneurs and leading the largest Spanish-speaking SEO community, will share his insights into the startup world.
In addition to expert presentations, DigiON will feature several panel discussions, including a key session on “Challenges and Opportunities of AI in the Canary Islands.” Moderated by AI specialist David Macías, an organizational consultant specializing in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, this discussion will bring together two prominent professionals in the archipelago: Miguel Peñate, who, after nine years as Head of Mobile Applications at Google, founded ReplyNext, a software used by major international companies to manage customer reviews across various platforms through automation and artificial intelligence; and Romina Ojeda, co-founder and CEO of Reboot Academy, the company behind Edukami.ai, and president of the Association Women In STEAM Empowerment Canarias (WISE-C).
In addition to its extensive talks and panel discussions program, DigiON stands out as the ideal space for showcasing technological solutions and connecting with professionals seeking to transform their businesses. Companies that choose to exhibit their products will not only gain visibility among businesses, institutions, and potential clients but also have the opportunity to network and establish connections with key professionals and organizations to drive their business growth.
Nearly 40 companies and organizations have secured their spaces, but registration remains open for those wishing to reserve one of the last available exhibitor spots. For general attendees, free tickets can still be booked at www.digion-canarias.es.
