During the month of September, the Gran Canaria Conference Centre has continued with an incessant activity, being the chosen venue for different national and international events, such as the International Congress ‘FIWARE Global Summit’. More than 120 speakers shared their experience with the main players in the Fiware ecosystem at this great event on digital transformation, which was a great success in terms of participation.
This congress showcased the latest innovations in technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital twins, robotics and technologies linked to the creation of spaces and data economy.
Likewise, the Bandama Hall was the venue chosen by the Centro Placer Adulto to hold the first Gran Canaria Sexuality and Wellbeing Conference ‘Sex Salud’, which was very well received, in a space free of prejudices where they promoted wellbeing and health from sexuality, without leaving emotions behind.
To round off the month, today, 30 September, and tomorrow, 1 October, the Gran Canaria SUM Festival returns to Infecar. This year’s headliners are national artists such as Antonio Orozco, Ara Malikian, Kiko Veneno, Izal and Love of Lesbian. The concerts will be held uninterruptedly on two covered stages designed for the occasion, with large leisure areas designed to offer the public an unforgettable experience.
Finally, the immersive exhibition ‘The World of Van Gogh’ will continue to be open to the public during the month of October, in a space where the Dutch painter can be discovered in a unique way.
Many thanks to the companies and institutions that have placed their trust in the Infecar Gran Canaria Conference Centre for the celebration of their events.
