ExpoBienestar Canarias returns on 21 November as a meeting point for the promotion and discussion of emotional wellbeing, with the aim of becoming a leading event for those seeking a balance between their personal and professional lives. This year, the event will take place at ExpoMeloneras, once again providing a space to learn, connect and deepen understanding of wellbeing in all its forms.

To this end, experts from a range of fields, including psychology, neuroscience and communication, will share advice and practical tools to help people transform habits, improve their quality of life and enhance their overall wellbeing, both personally and professionally.

The morning programme, running from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, will feature talks on mental health, digital wellbeing, physical health and nutrition, as well as leadership and management. The afternoon will focus on the more practical side of ExpoBienestar’s programme. From 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, a series of workshops will explore topics such as self-care, the influence of romantic relationships on workplace teams, compassionate communication, mindful leadership and the ability to delegate.

The afternoon programme will begin at 4:00 pm with a free self-care workshop led by the Alejandro Da Silva Foundation. The remaining workshops will then take place simultaneously, with limited places available. Visitors may choose up to two different workshops, provided they do not overlap in schedule.

In addition to the talks and workshops, the event will once again feature a book-signing area and a bookshop stand run by Agapea bookstore, as in previous years.

A dedicated food and refreshment area will also be available, giving registered attendees the opportunity to enjoy a full day focused on wellbeing. The facility will allow visitors to have lunch on-site without needing to travel elsewhere.

Tickets for this event, where visitors can discover practical tools to build a healthier, more balanced and more mindful life, are now available at https://expobienestar.es. Admission to the morning talks costs €10. Workshops cost €4 each, with the exception of the workshop delivered by the Alejandro Da Silva Foundation, which is free of charge.

ExpoBienestar is promoted by the Gran Canaria Island Council and organised by Infecar, Gran Canaria Trade Fair. The event is supported by Grupo Lopesan, ExpoMeloneras and Agapea, with Cajasiete as its official partner.
