Attendance at the conference programme and access to the exhibition area is free of charge, with prior registration required via www.filca.es.

The fair is promoted and funded by the Gran Canaria Island Council, organised by Infecar, and supported by the Agüimes City Council. It is also a shared initiative involving several strategic stakeholders working together to modernise the local business ecosystem, including the Association of Business Owners of the Arinaga Industrial Area (AENAGA), the Arinaga Commercial Conservation Entity (ECOAGA) and the Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, numerous entities and companies support the event through sponsorship, including Puertos de Las Palmas, Fred. Olsen, Grupo Raminatrans, a leader in international transport solutions; ICP Canarias, a benchmark in integrated logistics and distribution; JSV Move to Green, a company committed to sustainable transport; Grupo CopiCanarias, which provides comprehensive IT services for business digital transformation; and Tonik24 Trading, which offers logistics intermediation services between Germany and the Canary Islands through the innovative online ordering software alogtra PRO.
