The Fundación Canaria Maín presents the Mainnova Conference, a space dedicated to reflecting on new training methodologies aimed at young people. In a context of rapid changes in how youth understand learning, values, and their social environment, this event seeks to offer innovative approaches that support their social and professional integration.
Through talks and panel discussions, both public and private sector strategies will be explored within the framework of Second Chance Schools, with the aim of improving young people’s training and motivation. Furthermore, the voices of individuals currently undergoing training and employment processes will be highlighted, promoting a more inclusive and empathetic perspective.
The main goal is to provide tools and insights that help professionals and society at large better understand today’s youth, challenge prejudices, and promote more effective and tailored education to meet their needs.
