Learning and development with the seven senses is the central theme chosen for the eighth edition of ExpoBienestar Canarias. It aims to provide attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary for professional development. Thus, for the first time, this event will feature two practical workshops added to the programme, which will take place on Wednesday, September 27 and Friday, September 29.

The main day of ExpoBienestar Canarias will take place on Thursday, September 28. The program will commence at 9:30 a.m. and will be hosted by presenter Angie Rigueiro. The first to take to the stage in the Sala Canarias at Infecar will be Laura Chica, a psychologist specialising in talent management and development, who will talk about self-confidence.

Then, at 11.00 a.m., Francisco Alcaide, lecturer, trainer and coach in leadership and motivation, will provide the keys to learning from the best. The morning session will end with Sol Aguirre, creator of ‘Las Claves de Sol’, one of the most widely read humour blogs for women in Spain, who will give attendees the tools they need to improve their self-confidence.

The afternoon session will begin at 16:00 with the professor and president of the RIEEB (International Network of Emotional Education and Wellbeing), Rafael Bisquerra, who will focus on training emotionally intelligent people.

At 17.15, Almudena Cid will take the helm of ExpoBienestar Canarias to delve into the importance of walking with a firm step to move forward in the face of life’s unexpected events. After a break, at 19.00 hours, the presenter, Angie Rigueiro, will present her vision of achieving professional and personal goals.

Nena Daconte, also known as Mai Meneses, will conclude the day’s events with a musical performance that explores the boundaries of success and failure.

Practical workshops

This edition of ExpoBienestar Canarias is unique because it will feature two practical training workshops presented by speakers at the event.

Thus, on Wednesday, September 27, from 16.30 to 18.00, Rafael Bisquerra will give an in-depth look at ‘Emotional education and wellbeing’ in a workshop designed to provide a practical and experiential experience, allowing participants to acquire valuable tools that favour training programmes in emotional education and wellbeing.

On the other hand, on Friday, September 29, from 9.00 to 13.30 hours, we will focus on Communication and coaching. Learning to Communicate is an immersive and personalised workshop focusing on the importance of being a good leader for the team, the company and the leaders themselves.

Tickets to attend the eighth edition of ExpoBienestar Canarias are now available at www.expobienestar.es. Attendees can choose between participating in the full day of presentations at ExpoBienestar Canarias for 14 euros or between the morning session, at 8 euros, or the afternoon session, at 8 euros.

The practical workshop given by Rafael Bisquerra on Wednesday, September 27, which has limited places, will cost 7 euros, while Angie Rigueiro’s seminar on Friday, November 29, also with limited places, will cost 10 euros.

There is also the option of buying the full ExpoBienestar Pack to enjoy both the day of talks and the two workshops at 25 euros.
