The first edition of Gran Día, Celebration Fair, is entering the final stage of its commercialisation with an overwhelmingly positive response from the celebrations and events industry. Just two months before opening at the Agüimes Exhibition Centre, the fair has already attracted significant interest from businesses, with more than 95% of the exhibition space now reserved.
More than 60 companies from across the sector, including catering services, bridal fashion, event photography, decoration, sound and lighting, gifts, music, and suppliers of many other event-related services, will gather on 19 and 20 September to showcase their products and services to visitors.
Given the strong interest from companies wishing to participate in this first edition, Gran Día, Celebration Fair is set to become a leading showcase for the latest trends, services and ideas in event planning. Weddings, baptisms, first communions, anniversaries and many other celebrations will all have their place at the fair, where industry professionals will have the opportunity to connect directly with potential clients. The event has been created with the aim of supporting businesses in the sector, while also providing an excellent platform for networking and collaboration with other professionals.
At the same time, the fair will serve as the ultimate showcase for anyone planning a special event and looking for inspiration or trusted suppliers to bring their ideas to life. Visitors will find a wide range of companies under one roof, allowing them not only to discover new ideas and trends, but also to compare services and prices in one convenient location, making it easier to plan the celebration they truly envision.
Companies still interested in exhibiting can register by completing the application form available on the event website, www.feriagrandia.es, where they will also find comprehensive information about the fair and the list of participating exhibitors.
The first edition of Gran Día, Celebration Fair will be open to the public free of charge on Saturday, 19 September, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Sunday, 20 September, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visitors are required to obtain their free tickets in advance through the fair’s website.
The event is promoted by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and organised by Infecar, Feria de Gran Canaria. It is sponsored by Lopesan, with the support of Cajasiete and the Agüimes Town Council as collaborating partners.
