The Agüimes Exhibition and Trade Fair Centre will host a new edition of the Canagua and Energy Fair 2026 on 21 and 22 October. The event has already attracted around fifty companies ready to lead the transformation of the water, energy and sustainability sectors in the Canary Islands.
Participating in Canagua and Energy offers companies a unique opportunity to showcase their products and services live, connect directly with their target audience and strengthen their brand visibility. In addition, the event promotes the creation of new business opportunities, strengthens relationships with existing and potential clients, and facilitates strategic networking with industry professionals, while positioning participating companies as organisations committed to the development and energy transition of the Canary Islands.
This is reflected in the more than 50 companies and institutions that have already reserved their space in the exhibition area, which is now over 90% booked. Confirmed exhibitors include organisations such as Red Eléctrica, the Island Water Council, the Island Energy Council, the Gran Canaria Solar Energy Technology Park (ESGC), the Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands (PLOCAN) and the Canary Islands Institute of Technology (ITC), as well as companies including SM Advance Energy, Hidra Servicios and Central de Representaciones Canarias, among many others.
In addition, Canaragua and Green Efficient will support this 15th edition of the fair as Platinum Sponsors of the water and energy sections, while Aqualia and LONGi Solar will serve as Gold Sponsors of the Speaker’s Corner and the B2B Area, respectively.
Thanks to the support of all these companies, the Canagua and Energy Fair aims to provide a platform where the wide range of services related to clean energy, new energy generation models, energy efficiency, water desalination and reuse, as well as the latest trends in the water and energy sectors, will once again take centre stage.
As part of the event, Infecar will also provide several networking spaces for companies and professionals — including the B2B Area and the Speaker’s Corner — to encourage collaboration and business opportunities while continuing to strengthen the Canary Islands’ position as an international benchmark in these sectors, with particular attention to the countries of Macaronesia.
Three months before the event, the Canagua and Energy Fair still has a limited number of exhibition spaces available for companies and institutions linked to the water, energy and sustainability sectors, as well as for auxiliary service providers that form part of the industry’s value chain.
Companies interested in exhibiting can apply for their space through the event website at www.canagua.es, where registration is also available for the Speaker’s Corner’s short presentation sessions.
The event, supported by sponsors including Canaragua, Green Efficient, Aqualia and LONGi Solar, is promoted by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria through the Island Energy Council and the Island Water Council, and organised by Infecar, Gran Canaria Trade Fair. It also counts on Cajasiete as Official Partner and the collaboration of the Agüimes Town Council.
