The 13th edition of the Gran Canaria Me Gusta Fair will take place from 8 to 10 May 2026, for the first time at the Agüimes Exhibition Centre, which will become a meeting point between the public and local produce.
Each year, the event attracts producers, companies and the general public, offering a space where respect for the islands’ traditions and primary sector comes together with support for food production and a deep appreciation for the gastronomy of the archipelago.
In this regard, the fair is structured around three key areas that reflect the full local product chain: the primary sector and kilometre-zero production, food manufacturing that generates added value on the island, and gastronomy as a point of connection with the public. From this perspective, the Gran Canaria Me Gusta Fair serves as a showcase for the archipelago’s circular and sustainable economy.
As in previous editions, the 2026 fair will feature live cooking demonstrations by local chefs, with island produce taking centre stage, as well as tastings and sampling sessions, children’s workshops, live music and a food area where visitors will be able to enjoy kilometre-zero products and some of the most original and exquisite creations.
The Gran Canaria Me Gusta Fair will light its stoves on Friday 8 May at 9:30 am. On both Friday and Saturday 9 May, it will be open from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, while on Sunday 10 May, closing time will be brought forward to 4:00 pm.
Admission for the general public is priced at €1.50 and tickets may be purchased either at the box office or in advance through the website www.feriagrancanariamegusta.es, where updated information on exhibitors and scheduled activities will also be published.
The fair is promoted and funded by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and organised by Infecar, Feria de Gran Canaria. Its official partner is Cajasiete, with the collaboration of the Gran Canaria Me Gusta initiative, the Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce and the Agüimes Town Council.
