The City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has organized a gathering on October 1st at Infecar to mark the International Day of Older Persons, under the slogan “Giving Voice to Experience.” The event will feature talks, musical performances, and spaces for reflection with the aim of raising visibility and empowering the city’s senior population. Among the scheduled activities are the lecture “Empowering Seniors” by Dr. René de la Mar del Risco, and concerts by Chromatic Duo and actor/comedian Matías Alonso, who will close the event.
