The archipelago\u2019s experience in small- and medium-scale solutions represents a development model that can be exported to other parts of the world. In this context, the trade fair provides a meeting point for professionals, companies and institutions working in the sector who are looking for new business opportunities, seeking to strengthen professional relationships and create synergies to drive innovation and the efficient management of water and energy resources.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the exhibition area, which is now fully booked, this year Canagua y Energ\u00eda will feature an extensive programme of presentations and round-table discussions focusing on energy and water. The energy programme will address the main challenges of the energy transition in island territories, with presentations and round tables on energy storage, flexibility and regulation, renewable energy integration, photovoltaic energy, new energy models, agrivoltaics and energy communities. The programme will also examine the potential of advanced energy management and floating solar PV in the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the water programme will focus on water reuse and adaptation to Royal Decree 1085\/2024, reclaimed water risk management plans, and the protection of water infrastructure. Experts and representatives from various institutions will also discuss cybersecurity and the protection of water infrastructure against potential cyber threats.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the <em>Speakers\u2019 Corner<\/em> will host short presentations of up to 15 minutes, during which exhibiting companies and organisations will present innovative projects, technological solutions and new services.
