On this occasion, 52 farmers and producers from 14 municipalities of the island will take part in the fair, accompanied by the <strong data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"487\">Canary Institute for Agri-Food Quality (ICCA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"790\"><strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"503\">Ag\u00fcimes<\/strong>, the host municipality, contributes the largest number of exhibitors to the fair, with about ten vendors offering agri-food products, wines, and cheeses; specialists in pork leg preparation, microgreens producers, beer makers, and representatives from the <strong data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"787\">Bocabarranco Salt Flats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"1082\">The other two municipalities of southeastern Gran Canaria, <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"862\">Ingenio<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"882\">Santa Luc\u00eda<\/strong>, will participate with eight and six producers respectively, adding to the fair\u2019s offerings with products such as spices, aloe vera beverages, bread, plants and flowers, honey, olives, and cheeses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1411\"><strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1228\">Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Moya, Santa Br\u00edgida, Valsequillo, San Bartolom\u00e9 de Tirajana, Arucas, San Mateo, Teror, Firgas, G\u00e1ldar, and Telde<\/strong> complete the list of participating municipalities in this edition, where visitors will also find mushrooms, jams, sugar cane, ice cream, juices, and pastries, among other products.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1628\">The <strong data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1444\">Km.0 Gran Canaria Fairs<\/strong> aim to promote local products and give visibility to producers from the island\u2019s various municipalities. For this reason, they are itinerant events whose location changes each time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1878\">In addition, Km.0 products are not subject to long transport routes and play an active role in preserving the landscape. By consuming these types of products, the island\u2019s residents contribute to a more sustainable world and a fairer trade model.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"2288\">The <strong data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"1910\">Km.0 Gran Canaria Fair<\/strong>, held this time in Ag\u00fcimes, will be open from <strong data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1983\">9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.<\/strong>, on both Saturday and Sunday, offering visitors the chance to purchase high-quality products and support the local economy.
