This Thursday, November 14th, the grand sporting event of the islands opens its doors. It is a major event for a sector that is increasingly relevant in the Canary Islands&#8217; economy, with a growing presence at the federative level and increasingly strong and decisive links to the healthy lifestyle habits of the islanders.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:554\">The I Congress and Fair of Physical Activity and Sports of the Canary Islands is inaugurated at Infecar in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. For four intense days, it will have the active presence of institutions, universities, federations and clubs, athletes, associations, experts and companies. Until next Sunday, November 17th, the facilities of the Gran Canaria fairground offer a wide variety of exhibitors, presentations and debates, high-level exhibitions, and an entire fairground open to the free practice of sports, with free admission for all.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:449\">The I Congress and Fair of Physical Activity and Sports of the Canary Islands, ExpoDeca, is promoted by <span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">the Government of the Canary Islands through the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sports and organized by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and Infecar Feria de Gran Canaria.
