{"id":6893,"date":"2023-01-27T10:23:19","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T10:23:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infecar.es\/?page_id=6893"},"modified":"2023-02-07T17:12:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T17:12:57","slug":"contractor-profile-contracts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/infecar.es\/en\/transparency\/contractor-profile-contracts\/","title":{"rendered":"CONTRACTOR PROFILE &#8211; CONTRACTS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1136 GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>APPLICABLE REGULATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Canarias (INFECAR) is governed by its Statutes and by current legislation on trade fairs, trade fairs, congresses and the like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contracting and accounting shall be governed by the rules of Private Law, except as provided otherwise by the Public Sector Contracts Law and the Basic Statute of Public Employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all these reasons, the Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Canarias (INFECAR) is mainly subject to the following general and specific regulations depending on their activity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Law 9\/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014\/23\/UE and 2014\/24\/UE, of February 26, 2014.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Royal Decree 1098\/2001, of October 12, which approves the General Regulations of the Public Administration Contracts Law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legislative Decree 1\/2012, of April 21, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Laws for the Regulation of Commercial Activity in the Canary Islands and regulates the commercial license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Royal Legislative Decree 5\/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Public Employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law 39\/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law 40\/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law 12\/2014, of December 26, on transparency and access to public information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law 19\/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CONTRACTING AUTHORITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The body competent to contract in cases relating to minor contracts regulated by art. 118 of Law 9\/2017 on Public Sector Contracts, will be General Director of INFECAR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competent body to contract, in accordance with the Statutes of the Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Canarias (INFECAR) and what was agreed by its Board of Directors, will be the 2nd Vice President of the Board of Directors of INFECAR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact Information: Fair Institution of the Canary Islands (INFECAR)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avenida de la Feria n\u00ba 1, 35012 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phone: 828 01 02 03.
